These bars feature layers of gooey caramel, rich chocolate, and a crunchy base, perfect for a sweet indulgence.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in the chocolate chips and rice krispies cereal.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
