Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. Place the pastry squares into a mini muffin tin, pressing gently to form cups.
  4. Fill each pastry cup with cubed brie cheese.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, orange zest, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.

  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
