Description

A creamy and delicious side dish made with fresh corn, cheese, and gluten-free ingredients, perfect for holidays or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the corn, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Pour the milk over the top of the mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
