- 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the corn, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Pour the milk over the top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
