A glossy and elegant dessert featuring pomegranate mousse in dome shapes, perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the pomegranate juice and sugar over medium heat until dissolved.
- Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm pomegranate mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the pomegranate mixture into the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into dome molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Unmold the domes and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute gelatin with agar-agar and use coconut cream.
