Description

A simple and delicious side dish of carrots glazed with butter and sugar.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil carrots in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and return to pan.
