A simple and delicious side dish of carrots glazed with butter and sugar.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil carrots in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Add butter and brown sugar; cook over medium heat until carrots are glazed, about 5 minutes.

Great for holidays; adjust sugar for desired sweetness.
