- 2 limes, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Prepare the steamer by filling the bottom with water and bringing it to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix ginger, lime juice, zest, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
- Place the fish fillets on a heatproof plate and pour the marinade over them.
- Steam the fish for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
