Description

A flavorful roasted broccoli dish with garlic and Parmesan cheese for a crispy, cheesy side.


Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the broccoli mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes. Pairs well with grilled chicken or pasta.
