- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the broccoli mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes. Pairs well with grilled chicken or pasta.
