Juicy chicken skewers marinated in garlic and parmesan, perfect for grilling or baking.

For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). If using oven, line a baking sheet with foil.
- Grill or bake skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with additional parmesan if desired.
