Description

A delicious fusion of garlic-infused chicken wrapped in lasagna sheets for a flavorful twist.


Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, minced garlic, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out cooked lasagna noodles and spread the chicken mixture evenly on each.
  4. Roll up the noodles and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
