For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, and stir in parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
