For the Crust:

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)
- For the Honey Lime Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwis, mango, and grapes.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
- 4. Add sliced banana just before serving to prevent browning.
- 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- 6. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use fresh and ripe seasonal fruits. You can substitute or add other fruits like pineapple, peaches, or oranges based on preference. The dressing can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
