A refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with creamy yogurt, sweet strawberries, and tangy kiwi. Perfect for hot summer days or as a guilt-free dessert!

For the Crust:
- For the yogurt base:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the toppings:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- 4. Sprinkle diced strawberries, kiwi, chia seeds, and coconut evenly over the yogurt.
- 5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
- 6. Once frozen, break into pieces or cut into squares.
- 7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey. Add other fruits like blueberries or mango for variation.
