For the Crust:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
