Description

A creamy dip made with whipped brie, perfect for holiday gatherings with herbs and spices.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the brie cheese and whip until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the heavy cream while continuing to blend.
  3. Mix in the chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cranberries before serving.

Notes

This dip pairs well with crackers or fresh vegetables. For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
