- 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the brie cheese and whip until smooth.
- Gradually add the heavy cream while continuing to blend.
- Mix in the chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with cranberries before serving.
Notes
This dip pairs well with crackers or fresh vegetables. For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
