- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

- Sliced banana
- Nuts or seeds
- Yogurt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- 1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and sweetener.
- 2. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 3. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- 4. In the morning, stir the mixture and add more milk if desired for consistency.
- 5. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or yogurt before serving.
Notes
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and maple syrup.
