- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Cooking the Soup:
