Description

Easy turkey sliders featuring juicy turkey, sweet cranberry sauce, and soft buns, perfect for a quick meal or party.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup arugula leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the turkey slices on the buns, then spread cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  4. Add a dollop of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on top.
  5. Place arugula leaves on the sandwiches and cover with the top halves of the buns.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until warmed through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
