- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound sliced turkey breast
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup arugula leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Layer the turkey slices on the buns, then spread cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Add a dollop of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on top.
- Place arugula leaves on the sandwiches and cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until warmed through.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
