- 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped green chilies.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Adjust spices to taste for more heat.
