Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped green chilies.
  2. Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.

Notes
