For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, basting with the sauce halfway through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
