For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Pour over the turkey and stir to combine.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  5. Serve the turkey and broccoli mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
