For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Cooked rice for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha. Pour over the turkey and stir to combine.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Serve the turkey and broccoli mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
