For the Crust:
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
 - 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 bell pepper, diced
 - 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
 - 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
 - 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
 - 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
 - 2 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
 - Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Add sweet potato, black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
 - Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender. Serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
