For the Crust:
- 4 cups crispy corn cereal squares
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 cup chocolate covered raisins
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine corn cereal, pretzels, peanuts, and chocolate covered raisins. Set aside candy corn.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
- Pour butter mixture over dry ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Stir in candy corn. Store in an airtight container.
