For the Crust:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl, add yeast mixture, and knead into a smooth dough. Let rise 1 hour.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, and rosemary. Roll dough into small balls, coat in butter mixture, and layer in a greased loaf pan. Let rise 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
