  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in raisins (if using) and let the pudding cool slightly before serving warm or chilled.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
