Ingredients

- 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the carrots evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender and lightly browned, stirring once halfway through.
Notes
For extra crispiness, roast a few minutes longer, but watch to avoid burning.
