Description

A simple side dish of carrots roasted with ranch seasoning for added flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the carrots evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender and lightly browned, stirring once halfway through.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roast a few minutes longer, but watch to avoid burning.
