For the Crust:
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over it.
- In a small bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes thick and foamy.
- Gently spoon or pour the pumpkin cream foam over the cold brew.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.
