For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over it.
  2. In a small bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes thick and foamy.
  4. Gently spoon or pour the pumpkin cream foam over the cold brew.
  5. Sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.
