For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  2. Layer the banana slices in serving bowls or glasses.
  3. Pour the blended yogurt mixture over the bananas.
  4. Top with granola if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
