For the Crust:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Layer the banana slices in serving bowls or glasses.
- Pour the blended yogurt mixture over the bananas.
- Top with granola if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
