- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread the basil pesto evenly over the flatbreads.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts on top of the pesto.
- Sprinkle the halved cherry tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve immediately.
