For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Spread strawberry jam on half of the squares and blueberry jam on the other half. Leave a small border around the edges.
- Top each jam-covered square with a plain square, pressing the edges to seal. Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Once cooled, top each pastry with a dollop of whipped cream and dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
