Parmesan Chicken Pasta

A creamy and comforting pasta dish with tender chicken and rich Parmesan cheese sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
