For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and sear for 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add garlic and peanuts. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return shrimp to pan. Add black pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
