Easy homemade tiramisu truffles with a creamy center and coffee flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp espresso coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for rolling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone and melted chocolate.
- Add coffee and vanilla, stir well.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
- Form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate until firm.
Notes
These truffles can be stored for up to a week in the fridge.
