Description

Easy homemade tiramisu truffles with a creamy center and coffee flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g mascarpone cheese
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone and melted chocolate.
  2. Add coffee and vanilla, stir well.
  3. Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
  4. Form into small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.

Notes

These truffles can be stored for up to a week in the fridge.
