For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving if desired.
