For the Crust:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the Kahlua, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.
- Using a small scoop or spoon, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder or powdered sugar to coat.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
