- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 21 oz cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in half of the cherry pie filling.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and top with the remaining cherry pie filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
