Description

A light and airy no-bake dessert combining cheesecake elements with cherries for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in half of the cherry pie filling.
  5. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and top with the remaining cherry pie filling.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
