Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, garlic, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about 2 inches each) and place them on a baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll each ball in the chopped pecans and cranberries, pressing gently to adhere.
