For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini Bundt pans and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just incorporated.
- Fill each Bundt mold halfway with batter. Place a piece of dark chocolate in the center, then cover with more batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still slightly soft.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
