A quick and creamy chicken dish that’s bursting with flavor from sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Parmesan, ready in just 30 minutes.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or milk. Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
