For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
 - 6 cups beef broth
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 1 tsp dried basil
 - 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh basil for garnish
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
 - Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil.
 - Add broken lasagna noodles and simmer for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender.
 - In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, and half the mozzarella.
 - Ladle soup into bowls, top with a dollop of cheese mixture, remaining mozzarella, and fresh basil.
