Description

Crispy Korean corn dogs stuffed with mozzarella cheese, coated in a sweet batter and fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • Oil for frying
  • Optional: Breadcrumbs for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Skewer the hot dogs and insert mozzarella sticks inside.
  3. Dip the skewered hot dogs into the batter, ensuring even coating.
  4. Roll in breadcrumbs if desired.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the corn dogs for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Notes
