For the Crust:

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna, kimchi, mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the mixed greens and shredded carrots on each.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the tortillas, then roll tightly into wraps.
  4. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
