A simple yet elegant baked salmon dish with a sweet and tangy honey mustard glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven.

For the Crust:

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey mustard mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is caramelized.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
