A simple corn casserole with a sweet honey glaze, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the corn, honey, milk, and beaten egg until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the corn mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
