Homemade Pizza Rolls

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and Italian seasoning over the sauce.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long side, and pinch the seam to seal.
  5. Cut the log into 1-inch slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
