Ingredients

  • 500g strong bread flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 7g dried yeast
  • 400ml warm water
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Step 2: In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Step 4: Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Step 6: Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  7. Step 7: Press the dough into an oiled baking tray, dimple the surface, and drizzle with olive oil.
