Hawaiian Roll Cheeseburger Sliders

Delicious mini cheeseburgers made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and a savory glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place bottom half in a baking dish.
  2. Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Place cooked patties on bottom half of rolls. Top each with half slice of cheese. Replace top half of rolls.
  4. Whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. Brush over top of rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until golden. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
