For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce if needed.
