Golden Crust Garlic Rosemary Focaccia Muffins

Soft, fluffy focaccia muffins with a golden crust, infused with garlic and fresh rosemary. Perfect as a side or snack.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix flour, salt, minced garlic, and rosemary in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil, stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  5. Scoop dough into muffin cups, sprinkle with coarse salt and extra rosemary. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
