For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to coat the cauliflower in the sauce.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
