For the Crust:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or small paper-lined muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
